REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM SONNTAG STUDIOS. IF YOU PURCHASED PRODUCTS FROM OTHER RETAILERS, PLEASE CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY.

ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER IN ITS ENTIRETY.

PLEASE NOTE: MANY OF OUR PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER AND PRODUCED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU. ACCORDING TO § 312G ABS. 2 NR. 1 BGB, THESE CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT CUSTOM-MADE (AND ARE CLEARLY MARKED AS “IN STOCK”) CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS UNDER THE CONDITIONS BELOW.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN THE EU

TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE IN-STOCK ITEM, EMAIL US AT SERVICE@SONNTAGSTUDIOS.SHOP INCLUDING YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND ORDER NUMBER. WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS.

YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT, EXCLUDING THE COST OF STANDARD DELIVERY. IF YOU RECEIVED A PROMOTIONAL OR OTHER DISCOUNT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, YOUR REFUND WILL ONLY REFLECT THE AMOUNT YOU PAID.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OUTSIDE THE EU

TO RETURN AN ITEM, EMAIL SHOP@SONNTAGSTUDIOS.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND DETAILS OF THE PRODUCTS YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE EU.

REFUNDS

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL EMAIL YOU TO CONFIRM RECEIPT. YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND CREDITED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN A CERTAIN NUMBER OF DAYS.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET, PLEASE:

  • CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN.

  • CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY – IT MAY TAKE TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED.

  • CONTACT YOUR BANK – PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY.

SALE ITEMS

ONLY REGULAR-PRICED ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED. SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

EXCHANGES

WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE, EMAIL SERVICE@SONNTAGSTUDIOS.SHOP.

SHIPPING COSTS

ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, INCLUDING THOSE WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE EU, ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
